For WEEKLY PRIZES, in case of ties among multiple winning entries for the weekly prizes, the money will be divided equally. WEEKLY DRAWINGS: random drawings will determine prizes among all contestants who did not win all or part of 1st or 2nd Place weekly prizes. Winners must claim their $25 cash prize in person before the following Tuesday. Winners will be posted on www.wendoverfun.com and www.peppermillreno.com and at all participating sports books. FOR SEASONAL GRAND PRIZE, in case of ties among miltiple winning entries, the money will be divided equally. The contest will commerce with Sunday/Monday games whenever the official NFL 2011-2012 season begins. The Seasonal Grand Prize will be awarded regardless of the length of the season. There is no minimum number of weeks. In the event of cancelled weeks of the official NFL season, there will be no contest selections made and the weekly prizes will not be paid. If the missed weeks are made up later in a revised NFL regular season schedule, then there will be contest selections made and the weekly prizes will be paid. In the event that the entire NFL season is cancelled, then all entry fee cash payments will be refunded. $150,000 based on full 17-week NFL schedule. Each week missed is not made up. Any weeks missed due to labor disputes will be lost and play starts when NFL approves games (includes substitute games). "Just Missed" drawings: every contest who did not win all or part of the weekly prize will be eligible for the 10 random $25 drawings every Tuesday at noon. Winnings will be paid only to contestant whose name appears on the entry form; ID may be required. Contest cards must be processed at the Sports Book before 10:00am every Sunday (except Week 16 games, scheduled to kick-off at 10:00am Saturday, December 24). Week 1 is scheduled for September 11, 2011 (subject to delay by NFL). If contestant fails to turn in a weekly card, it will count as a loser for the week and the season. Winnings must be collected where the entry form was processed. Winners are posted every Tuesday at the Sports Book and on www.wendoverfun.com. Prizes of $600 or more must be reported to the IRS. Withholding tax is deducted for prizes of more then $5,000. Sign-ups will be accepted anytime during the regular season. Employees and their spouses may not participate. All decisions of the Sports Director are final. Management reserves all rights. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Contestants must be 21 years old to enter and must present valid identification. Taxes are the responsibility of the contestant.
