Slot System Update
4:42PM (2/5/2022) Peppermill System is back up and operating
8:58PM (2/4/2022) Rainbow System is back up and operating
3:20PM (2/4/2022) Montego Bay System is back up and operating
Currently, our slot system at Montego Bay, Rainbow and Peppermill is experiencing technical difficulties. Guests are still able to play our slot machines, however the following items are currently being effected:
- Ticket In, Ticket Out - All Cash outs will be hand paid
- Player Tracking will not be working - Please Swipe into a Kiosk and let us know you are here. We will manually add Comps and Tier Points to your account the next day (based on what you normally would earn in a day).
- Free Play will not be working- We have added the option of selecting Free Play or a Comp Credit. Selecting the Comp Credit option will automatically add the comp to your account. If you select Free Play please take the voucher to Passport Reward Center and they will add it to your account, it will be valid for 90 days.
Our team is working hard to get the Slot System operating to the normal functionality that you are used to and we are making progress. We will send out additional updates as we make progress on this and update our website.
