With suspension of our Flight program and closure of the Casino’s during the Covid Pandemic you may have noticed comps and tier points expiring.
Comps
Comps are valid for 13 months from the date they were earned and due to the pandemic we understand that you will have some comps expire. We will return any comps that have expired during the Covid Pandemic. On your next visit just stop by the Passport Reward Center and we will return the comps that have expired to your account. If you return via Wendover Flyaway’s we will automatically return the comps to your account prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Tier Points
Tier points determine your Tier status with our players club and accrue during a calendar year. They will reset to 0 January 1st each year. With our 3-month closure and the suspension of the Flight program we have kept everybody’s card level status at the same level as it was prior to the Covid Pandemic.
