Peppermill Resorts (Rainbow, Peppermill and Montego Bay) highest responsibility is ensuring a safe and secure experience for our guests and employees. Because of the information coming out regarding COVID-19, we want to let you know about the additional measures we are taking to make certain that our Resorts are taking every step possible to make your health and safety our top priority.

 

Commitment to clean and healthy facilities has always been paramount to Peppermill Resorts and includes comprehensive cleaning and hygiene protocols. Our staff has been monitoring the situation and following the latest CDC reports and recommendations. Additionally, we have enhanced our already thorough hygienic measures with the following:

  • Increased the number of hand sanitizer stations located throughout the property
  • Utilizing a strong disinfectant as part of our cleaning protocols, as it is strong enough to kill viruses
  • Cleaning Department is spraying a light mist of disinfectant to chairs, slot machines, door handles, handrails, elevators, and restrooms
  • Disinfectant wipes available throughout the property
  • Provided additional employee education regarding proper hand washing procedures and other safety measures

Peppermill Resorts remains in frequent contact with the Elko County Health District, Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, and other public health departments to ensure that we have the most recent information, protocols, and guidance from the CDC.
